His Majesty’s Car Park accessible toilets

There are two unisex accessible toilets here, one at the Hay Street end, and the other at the Murray Street end. Both are on street level.

Summary:
Both toilets are locked for security reasons. The Murray Street toilet has an intercom to the attendant who will unlock the door from the attendant’s booth.
Good directional signage to both toilets.
The accessible toilet at the Murray Street entrance has a sliding door and more internal circulation space than the Hay Street toilet.

Opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 6.30am to 12 midnight
Friday: 6.30am to 1am
Saturday: 8am to 1am
Sunday: 8am to 7pm
Public holidays: Closed

Hay Street accessible toilet

Location: This toilet is close to the pay machine and lifts, at the end of the pedestrian walkway from Hay Street. It is locked and needs to be opened manually by the attendant on request. The attendant is located in a booth on the Murray Street level. The lift next to the stairs can be taken up one level to the booth.

Path of travel: A level and unobstructed path of travel from Hay Street.

Signage: Good signage which is easy to read and understand.

Murray Street accessible toilet

Location: This toilet is close to the pay machine and lifts at the Murray Street entrance to the car park. This toilet is locked and has an intercom button set at 1100mm high next to the door. On request (using the intercom) the parking attendant will open the door from the parking station.

Path of travel: A level and unobstructed path of travel from Murray Street into the lift / parking payment foyer, where the toilet is located.

Signage: No directional signage to the toilet. The toilet does display the international symbol of access and there is an instructional sign at the intercom.
