Myer accessible toilets

Location: There are accessible toilets on both the first floor and lower ground floor of Myer department store.

Summary:
 Toilets on the first floor are within the male and female toilet blocks and the lower ground toilet is unisex.
 Circulation space outside both toilets is restricted by airlocks and the necessity to change direction.
 Good directional signs to both toilets.

Opening hours: Open during retail hours.

Path of travel: Take the large well appointed lifts (a bank of 3) to level 2 or the lower ground level and on exiting turn left. All wheelchairs and scooters could move freely through both areas.

Signage: Directional signage is easy to read and clear when exiting the lift on the second floor.

Male and female toilets on the first floor:

A user of a smaller wheelchair only could negotiate the 760mm wide door openings and the change in direction required to enter both toilet blocks.

Unisex toilet on the lower ground floor:

Smaller wheelchairs could negotiate through the 760mm wide external door with a D style handle, though an airlock (the second door is propped open) and then through a third door into the cubicle with a hand basin.
