Signage: No directional signage to the toilet.

External access: There is level access at the Hay Street end of the arcade. A corridor leads to the toilets. The entrance to the corridor is 930mm wide, all styles of wheelchairs could move through the rest of the corridor to the toilet.

Entrance door: Level entry. Manually operated swing door is light to operate, closes quickly. D style handle with small snib. All styles of wheelchairs could be moved through into the toilet.

Pan height: 470mm

Basin height: 760mm. Pull down hand towel roll at 1600mm high.

Lighting: The toilet has a blue light inside.
