Three semi-circular paved areas on the banks of the Swan River, just east of Barrack Square. The surrounding trees provide morning shade. Location: Two minutes walk east of the square; these seating / resting areas are adjacent to the dual use path in front of the West Australian Rowing Club building. Summary: Access from the footpath: Linked to the footpath with level paving, there is space for wheelchair users to move through the area. Seating: All areas have several bench seats with a seat height of 420mm and armrests. Drinking fountain: There is an accessible drinking fountain in the central resting area only.
