Signage: There is directional signage to the accessible bays, signage is located at the head of the bays.

All other signage is well located easy to read and understand.

Pedestrian access to Roe Street: To access ticket payment machine and Roe Street, travel across the car park to the ticket machine. A kerb ramp is located in front of the ticket machine. There is a walkway from the ticket machine to the Customer Service booth, then to Roe Street. There is a steep ramp (7.2 degrees, 1:8) at the end of this walkway to Roe Street. There is no designated crossing point or kerb ramp on Roe Street at this pedestrian exit from the car park. There is enough circulation space to accommodate users of all wheelchair types.

Pedestrian access to the Cultural Centre: Via lift, which opens into foyer and ticket payment machines. Level path of travel with no barriers. There is enough circulation space to accommodate users of all wheelchair types.

Lift: There is a bank of two lifts. The lift is 1370mm x 1160mm, with a door width of 880mm. Direction of travel information is displayed both externally and internally and a verbal announcement of the floor level is made inside and a tonal announcement outside. External buttons are at 1200mm high and internal controls at 1100mm.

Attendant booth is located adjacent the vehicular exit onto Roe Street. Access to the booth is via a walkway and kerb ramp near the ticket payment machine on the ground level. There is enough circulation space to accommodate users of all wheelchair types.

The counter is at sitting height and has a clear Perspex window with speech holes at standing height. The attendant has a clear view to the outside of the booth. Attendant will accept eftpos and credit card payment.

At other times a call bell can be used to speak via intercom with a Customer Service Officer at the Library Car Park. Assistance can be provided by Library Car Park staff should it be required, outside the above office hours. The call bell is at 1350mm high.

Signage: directional signage from the lift foyer.

External access: barrier free.

Entrance door: manual swing door that is light to open and slow to close. Has a lever door handle and provides a door width of 880mm.

There is no clearance on the latch side of the door, possibly restricting access to users of smaller wheelchairs only.
