Signage: There is no directional signage to the accessible bays; signage is located at the head of the bays.

All other signage is well located easy to read and understand.

Pedestrian access to concourse level of the Perth train Station: Via lift to the ground floor foyer (concourse level of station). Level path of travel with no barriers.

Pedestrian access to Beaufort Street: Either 6 steps or a ramp provides access onto Beaufort Street from the ground floor lift foyer of the car park. The ramp is switchback style, with three sloped sections and two landings. It is 1000mm wide between the handrails, with a landing at each change of direction. The ramp gradient ranges between 1:12 to 1:10. Access along this ramp would be suitable for a user of a smaller to medium wheelchair only.

Parking Attendant: Available daily 7.30am to 12.15 midnight.

At other times a call bell can be used to speak via intercom with a Customer Service Officer at the State Library Car Park (CPP). Assistance can be provided by Library Car Park staff should it be required, outside the above office hours. The call bell is at 1350mm high.

Attendant booth is located adjacent west of the lift lobby. Access to the booth is via a pedestrian walkway which is level and barrier free. The attendant has a clear view to the outside of the booth. The counter is low and has a clear Perspex window with speech holes at sitting and standing height.

Attendant will accept eftpos and credit card payment.

Lift: There is a bank of three lifts, to every level of the car park. The lift is 1350mm x 2000mm, with a door width of 1000mm. Direction of travel information is displayed both externally and internally and a verbal announcement of the floor level is made inside and a tonal announcement outside. External buttons are at 1100mm high and internal controls at 1000mm - 1200mm.

Pay machines: Four pay machines are located in the lift foyer on the ground level of the car park. One is at sitting height with operable components between 550mm - 1320mm. Machines accept coins and notes.

Accessible toilets
Accessible toilets are available in the Citiplace Rest Centre, opposite the lift foyer on the ground floor of the car park.
