Summary: Drop off: Universal bay adjacent to the Town Hall, Hay Street. Closest accessible toilet: Public toilet in Barrack Street, between Hay Street and St Georges Terrace. Signage: Directional street signage is difficult to see as it is obstructed by a canopy. The sign board opposite the lift is easy to read and in good colour contrast. External Access: Level access off Barrack Street. Internal: A 1900mm wide corridor leading to retail outlets on the ground level. There is a slight slope upwards from Barrack Street to the end of the arcade. Moveable tables and displays may obstruct the arcade. Retail: Shops on the right hand side have one entrance step. There is level entrance into shops on the left hand side of the arcade. Lift: There is a lift half way down the arcade on the left hand side providing access to levels one, two and three. Lift car size is 980mm x 1080mm with a door width of 660mm. External
controls are free of obstructions and positioned 1330mm high. Internal
