the internal signage is easy to read and has good colour contrast. Main entrance: There are two sets of entrance doors, the external is automatic and the internal is propped open during opening hours. There is 1590mm clearance between doors. Internal: There is sufficient space within the bank for users of large wheelchairs to move around. There are several customer offices / cubicles on both sides of the bank which can be accessed via a 910mm opening. ATM: One accessible ATM is located in the bank
foyer (ATM on right hand side): Service Phones: Two service phones at standing
height located in bank foyer: Displays: Displays and withdrawal / deposit forms are located at standing height. Brochures and displays are easy to read, with good colour contrast. Payment / service counters: At standing height. The main customer service desk is clearly visible, and located close to the main entry of the bank. There is no ‘Better Hearing Card’ on display. Cueing system: Bank tellers are located at the
far end of the bank and the counter service operates by the customer
service staff calling ‘next please’. There are no visual
