Signage: Large print overhead signage visible from the footpath is in good colour contrast and easy to read. Internal signage is generally easy to read.

External access: There is direct access off Hay Street. There is a slight slope from the footpath to the entrance.

Main entrance: The entrance is very wide with two security pedestals. Movable displays may obstruct the entrance.

Internal: There are aisles between the display shelves and the narrowest width is 710mm.
Displays: Retail shelves range from sitting height to standing height.

Payment / service counters: At standing height. Sufficient circulation space for all wheelchair types. There is no ‘Better Hearing Card’ on display.
