Signage: External signage has good colour contrast.

External access: The Pier Street entrance has a 75mm step and a portable ramp is available on request. Alfresco seating is located on the street side of the footpath on Pier Street.

Entrance door: Double swing doors are provided at the main entrance. The open leaf provides 780mm clearance. The doors are light to open, slow to close and have a D style handle.

Internal:
There is sufficient space for all styles of wheelchairs to move throughout the restaurant. The restaurant is carpeted and tiled.
An internal door connects the restaurant to the main hotel foyer.

Bar: The bar has sections at both sitting and standing height.

Food counter (buffet):
The food and hot drinks self serve buffet tables are at sitting height. Table service and staff assistance is available.

Payment counter: At standing height.

Seating: Moveable chairs are at a height of 450mm. Tables are moveable with a central pedestal and are 740mm high. There is sufficient knee clearance for wheelchair users.

Menu: The drinks and table menus are in 12 point font and easy to read with good colour contrast.

Lighting: There is a natural light from the street front.
