Location: 125 Murray Street, Perth Summary: Type of service: Health Insurance Signage: All signage is clear, easy to read in good colour contrast. There is directional signage to all essential services within HBF. External access: Access off the Murray Street footpath, which slopes up to the main entrance of HBF. Entrance door: 930mm wide automatically sliding glass doors. Internal: There is sufficient space for all styles of wheelchairs to move throughout HBF. Fixed stainless steel handrails define wide service lanes and there is a mix of sitting and standing height counters. The floor is tiled at the entrance and carpeted throughout the remainder. There are 3 chairs available with a seat height of 450mm. There is one long writing desk at a standing height (used to complete claims and to access information brochures). Displays: Information is in good colour contrast in small print. Payment / service counters: Positioned at sitting height directly in front of the main thoroughfare. There are an additional 3 customer service counters at high standing height towards the right of HBF. Cueing system: Counter service operates by the customer service staff calling ‘next please’.
