External access: Direct access from Hay Street with a step ramp with a gradient of 1:10. Entrance door: The 780mm wide manual swing door is held open during operating hours. Internal: Spaces between seats varies and in some areas there is space for smaller wheelchairs only to move through the cafe. There is a raised seating area with a step of 220mm. Bar counter: At a standing height. Payment counter: At a standing height directly in front of the main thoroughfare. Seating: Moveable chairs at a height of 430mm from ground level. Tables are fixed and have a central pedestal. Menu: Table menus are in good colour contrast with a 10 point font and include visual pictures of the dishes. A blackboard style menu is displayed outside the café on the reflective glass window. Lighting: Internally there is a natural light
