Accessible toilet: on site.

Signage: Signage has good colour contrast and easy to read.

External access: Direct access off Hay and Barrack Streets.

Entrance door: Wide double doors held open.

Internal: There is sufficient room for all styles of wheelchairs to move through the street level section of the store. There are steps leading to a higher level café section.

Food counter: Both the McDonalds and McCafe counters are at high sitting height and food displays can be seen from sitting height.

Seating: The 440mm high chairs are movable, without armrests and the fixed tables have a central pedestal.

Menu: The menu includes pictures and is wall mounted above the counter. It is illuminated and easy to read.

Accessible toilet:

There is a unisex accessible toilet within the café.
External access: There is an external door leading to a large airlock. Access to this door is restricted by a rubbish bin which obstructs the latch side of the door. Smaller style wheelchairs would be able to access this external door.

The toilet has an 860mm wide swing door with a D handle and a large snib. The door is heavy to operate and slow to close.
Pan height: 440mm.
Basin height: 860mm.
Baby change table: 720mm high, fold down style.
Lighting: The light is on at all times.
