Pedestrian Access:
Pedestrian access from accessible bays to Murray Street:
Pedestrian access to Murray Street is located adjacent the accessible
bays. An automatic sliding door gives access to a switchback pedestrian
ramp, which descends at a gradient of 1:11 to the foyer on Murray
Street. Three ticket machines are located in this foyer. This foyer
has sufficient circulation space to accommodate large style wheelchairs. Pedestrian access from accessible bays to Pier Street:
To exit the car park onto Pier Street, the pedestrian is required
to traverse the car park and travel along a vehicular roadway: Traverse
the car park, past the Customer Service booth, along a vehicular
roadway opposite to the direction of vehicular travel to a switchback
pedestrian ramp (1:18 gradient) which leads down to the public toilets,
accessible toilet, one ticket machine and Pier Street.
Parking Attendant:
On site: Monday to Saturday: 7.30am to 12.00pm
Sunday: 10.00am to 7.00pm A wide automatic door leads to the Customer Service booth. There
is sufficient circulation space within the booth to accommodate
users of all wheelchair types. The counter is at standing height and has a clear Perspex window
(without speech holes) at standing height. The attendant has a clear
view to the outside of the booth. A Better Hearing Card is on display.
The attendant will accept eftpos and credit card payments.

The toilet is locked, but the parking attendant will unlock the
toilet on request. There is good directional signage off Pier Street. Opening Hours:

External access: Level access off Pier Street and ramp access from
the car park. There is an external corridor of 1460mm in width external
to the toilet door.
Toilet door: 810mm wide, manually opened swing entrance door is
heavy to open and fast to close with a D style handle and large
snib. The inside of the toilet cubicle is small and may only accommodate
smaller wheelchair types.
Pan Height: 410mm
Basin height: 830mm
Emergency call bell: Located on the right of the pan. The bell will
be attended to by the parking attendant
Lighting: On at all times.
