Pedestrian access: Pedestrian access directly from Forrest Place.

Main entrance: Main door comprises heavy glass double doors with an opening width of 850mm. The door swings both ways and closes quickly.

Internal: There is space for wheelchairs users to move through the building.

Counters: There are two desks at the rear of the Centre with desks at sitting height and knee space. The front counter is primarily at standing height but has two small lowered sections with no knee clearance. The day tour booking counter is at sitting height with no knee clearance.

Information: There is no "Better Hearing Card" on display. Signage is clear and easy to read. A video display has no captioning.

Brochure stands: These are up to a height of 1700mm.

Internet café: The Visitor Centre opens directly into an adjacent internet café.
