Signage: The directory board is located at the Wellington St end of the arcade (level one).The board is located above standing height, but has large, easy to read font.

Access: Pedestrian access into the arcade is from Murray Street Mall, Wellington Street or Forrest Chase. There is a wide, level, tiled path of travel throughout the retail arcade and level access into all shops. Pedestrian access between levels is via lifts or escalators.

The arcade is accessed as follows:
Lower Ground - Fitness First Gym only (accessed via escalators off Murray Street Mall)

Ground - Accessed directly off Murray Street Mall. Some retail including Woolworth’s supermarket.

First - This is the Arcade Level.
Accessed at either end off Forrest Chase. The Murray Street end entrance is past the David Jones / Myer overpass and the Wellington St end entrance is past the Train Station / Myer bridge and Myer entrance

Third - Government offices

Wellington Street lift: This lift provides public access from Wellington Street to level one (arcade) and three (Department of Immigration).

Lift car size is 1600mm x 1450mm with a door width of 900mm. External controls are free of obstructions and positioned 950mm high, internal controls are 1000mm high. Controls have good colour contrast and there is auditory information both internal and external to the lift.

Murray Street lift: This lift provides access from lower ground to the third level (that is all levels of the arcade).

Lift car size is 1600mm x 2100mm with a door width of 1300mm. External controls are free of obstructions and positioned 1070mm high, internal controls are 1000mm high. Controls have good colour contrast and there is auditory information both internal and external to the lift.
