Location: 622 Hay Street Perth, situated close to the eastern end of the Hay and Murray Street Malls.

Summary:
 Unisex accessible toilets on all four levels and an accessible change room on levels 2 and 3.

Signage: All areas within the store are well signed, large and easy to read. Sign boards are colour coded for each level.

External access: The store can be accessed from Murray Street, entering on level 1, Hay Street, entering on level 2 and the bridge entrance from Forest Chase, entering on level 3. All entrances have level access with wide automatic sliding doors.

Internal: Level access throughout all floors except on level two that has 4 steps and a ramp linking an upper and lower level. The ramp has a slope of 3.1° (1:18.5) and a change of direction on the mid landing. The ramp would be suitable for all wheelchairs.

Pedestrian access ways between displays are well delineated, free of obstructions, wide and have a good colour contrast to the adjacent flooring. All size wheelchairs could move through the display areas of the store.

All levels can be accessed via escalators and lifts.

Lifts: Two sets of lifts are located on the eastern side of the building and are well signed.
The lift at the Murray Street end of the building is 1800mm x 2150mm, with a clear open door space of 1280mm. Internal and external controls are between 1000mm - 1200mm high.

The lift at the Hay Street end of the building is 1500mm x 2000mm with a clear open door space of 1100mm. Internal controls are 1100mm high and external controls are 1200mm high. There is an internal audible tone.

Seating: There is ample seating throughout the store located in lift lobbies and adjacent to columns on all floors. Seating is supportive with armrests.

Unisex Accessible toilets:

There are 4 unisex accessible toilets located on floors 1 - 4. These are adjacent to the male and female toilets and are all similar in design and layout.

A level wide corridor suitable for all styles of wheelchairs leads to the toilets.

Parenting Room: Located on level 3, adjacent to the toilets. Has an automatic swing door and circulation space for all wheelchair styles.
Facilities include a range of toilet configurations including a smaller toilet for children, two feeding rooms with fold down change tables, a sink and microwave at sitting hight, a secure play area and a television.

Accessible Change Rooms: Located on level 3 in lingerie and the personal shopping bureau has 2 larger change rooms.

Mastectomy Service: Located on level 3, this service offers a private consultation with trained staff. The fully enclosed room is large enough for all wheelchair users, has a chair, bench with a sink and a full length mirror.

Wheelchair Loan: The store has one manual wheelchair that is available if required.

Food Court: Located at the rear of the Murray Street level and provides take away, casual dine in, gourmet food and fresh provisions. Pedestrian access is level with circulation space for all wheelchair users. Counters are at standing height with good visibility to displays. Most seating is on fixed, swivel stools at bar height with one lower table with moveable seating.

Café on 3: A café is located on level three. Seating is mostly on high fixed bar stools with some lower tables with moveable seating. Circulation space to seating would allow access for smaller style wheelchairs only.

Restaurant Air: Located on level 4 with a la carte dining. Very generous circulation space suitable for all styles of wheelchairs. The tables have central pedestals with moveable chairs. Level access to an outdoor alfresco area through automatic, glazed double doors.
The menu and blackboard menus have a large easy to read font with black lettering on al light grey background,
Counters are at standing height with good vision to low food displays.
