Main entrance: Wide, self opening double doors.

Foyer and reception: Reception foyer is large and uncluttered and will accommodate users of all wheelchair types. The reception desk is at standing height. Swing gate entrance into gym is 1000mm wide and is unlocked by reception staff.

Services and equipment: All personal trainers have some training in assisting people with disabilities.

Signage: Large, easy to read with good colour contrast.

Information: Information is not presented in alternate formats. TV’s / videos do not have captioning.

Internal: The gym is located all on one level. Sufficient room to accommodate a user of all wheelchair types. All doors provide 800mm clearance and have low lever handles.

Members Lounge: Includes coffee machine and low lounge seating and TV. Coffee / tea facilities are at standing height.

Weight Training Area: Good circulation space suitable for users of all wheelchair types.

Monsoon Shower / Steam Room / Ice Room / Aromatherapy Room / Sauna: Wide access for users of all wheelchair types. Each room (excluding the Monsoon Shower) have bench seating, suitable for a side transfer. Monsoon shower is open and the push button control is low. No pool.

Unisex accessible change room: One unisex change room is located near front reception / sauna and spa area.

Door: Heavy to open and slow to close, D handle with large snib.
Pan height: 480mm
Shower: Level access.
Shower seat: Wall mounted shower bench.
