Location: 647-649 Hay Street linking St Georges Terrace and Hay Street, between Barrack and William Streets.

Summary:
 Level access from both ends. All retail shops have narrow doorways and many have at least one step.
 Signboards at either end are easy to read, but located high on the wall.
 No public accessible toilet in this arcade.

Drop off Bay: There is a 15 minute pick up/ set down bay on Hay Street just east of Barrack Street.

Closest accessible toilets:
 Adjacent to the Perth Town Hall in Barrack Street
 In David Jones Department store, Target and Carillon City opposite on Hay Street

Signage: Sign boards within the arcade have large easy to read font, are in good colour contrast however are located very high on the wall.

External access: Level access from both the Hay Street Mall and St Georges Terrace.

Internal:
Street level: Street level is open aired and has a continuous gentle slope up from St Georges Terrace to Hay Street.
Upper Level: Lifts at either end of the court access the businesses that are directly above the lift. Other upper level businesses can be accessed by a series of narrow stairs along the court. Circulation space upstairs is restricted.

Lift: The door width is 770mm and the car size is 1130x1590mm. External buttons are at 1200mm high and external buttons are at 1070 to 1270mm high. There are visual displays only.

Retail: There are retail outlets on both sides of the arcade. They have very narrow doorways and thresholds and vary from level, small threshold ramps, and small lips to one step. As the stores are small, internal spaces are cramped.
