is from Forrest Place, Murray Street and Wellington Street. There
is sufficient circulation space to accommodate users of all wheelchair
types.
First floor: Access onto the first floor is available through
three entrances off Forrest Chase. There is sufficient circulation
space to accommodate users of all wheelchair types. Entrances: All entrances are level, barrier free,
with automatic opening double doors. There is access through all
the entrances for users of all wheelchair types. Internal: There are wide pathways throughout the
store. There is sufficient clearance throughout the store for users
of all wheelchair types. Access between floors is via escalators
or lifts. Displays: Located predominately at a high sitting
height. Counters: Counters are at standing height. Seating: Chairs with armrests are located randomly
around the store and are available for customer use. Lifts :
The lifts provide public access to all floors of the store. There
is directional signage to the bank of lifts. The single entry lift has a car size of 2300mm x 1900mm, with a
door width of 1500mm. External controls are free of obstructions
and positioned 1000mm high. Internal controls are 1000mm high. Internal
and external controls have good colour contrast and illuminate when
pressed. There is an audible tone externally on arrival of the lift.
There are no internal audible announcements. Accessible toilets
Location: There are accessible toilets on both
the first floor and lower ground floor. First floor toilets are
within the male and female toilets and lower ground toilets are
unisex.

Accessible change rooms
First floor (fashion floor): Larger change rooms (with sufficient
circulation space for people using large wheelchairs) are provided
in the Designer and Lingerie sections. Lower Ground floor: Larger change rooms (with sufficient
circulation space for people using large wheelchairs) are provided
in the Men’s Formal section. Pinnacles Restaurant
Located on the third floor. This restaurant is self serve with two
tray slides along the front of low, but deep self serve chilled
areas and hot food sections. Tray slides are located at high sitting,
with some facilities (self serve coffee, crockery etc) located at
standing height, with a deep reach required at times. Staff assistance
is available. Blackboard menu is large, with easy to read font in good colour
contrast. Tables within the restaurant are moveable with a central pedestal.
Chairs do not have armrests, are firm and of a standard height.
