Location: A pedestrian precinct and shopping mall located between Wellington Street and the Hay Street Mall. Shopping arcades link the Murray and Hay Street Malls. Forrest Place also opens into the Murray Street Mall.

Access: Pedestrian mall with level access to all shops. The building line is clear on both sides. The mall may be used on occasion for service and emergency vehicles.

Seating: Public seating areas are located down the centre of the mall and trees shade all park benches. The park benches do not have armrests and the seats are 450mm high.
