Signage: There is an Australia Post sign located above standing height on St Georges Terrace and in London Court. This sign indicates where the pedestrian pathway is that leads to the Post Shop. The internal signage that is provided is easy to read.

Main entrance: Entrance door is glazed and automatic opening. There is 1 metre clearance between security pedestals.

Internal: An approximate 1metre wide path throughout the shop. Suitable for access of all wheelchair users. Access may however be obstructed on a temporary basis by displays or stock.

Displays: Retail shelves are located at standing height.

Payment / service counters: At standing height. Suitable for access for all wheelchair users. There is no ‘Better Hearing Card’ on display.

Queing system: Counter service operates by the customer service staff calling ‘next please’. There are no visual prompts.
