Closest accessible toilet: Carillon City serviced toilets - opposite the Tourist Lounge entrance.

External access: Take the Western Lift of the Carillon Centre to The Gallery Level. The tourist lounge facility is on the right as you exit the lift. All wheelchair users could access the entrance to this complex.

Internal: All wheelchairs could access the entrance to this facility.

Seating: Tub style, seats 450mm high with armrests.

Desks: Desks with computers (internet access) are 720mm high with full knee access.

Booking counter: This is at seated hight and has a customer service officer at all times.

Lockers: Coin operated, heights suitable for people who are seated or standing.

Brochures: At various heights and style, assistance is available.

Serviced unisex accessible toilets:
Location: Take the western lift to The Gallery Level (level 2).
Cost: 30 cents is collected by an attendant.
External access: Via Western Lift. Access from Street level from Hay and Murray Streets are level and wide. All wheelchairs could access these toilets.

Level entry
A seat with armrests, low coat hook and full length tilted mirror is provided.
Door light to operate, knob style handle with push button locking device.
Pan height: 500mm
Basin height: 800mm
Pull down baby change table provides access on both sides.
