Drop off Bay: There is a 15 minute pick up/ set down bay on Hay Street at the western end of Central Park.

Signage: Signage is minimal and varies from shop to shop.

External access: There is level access from both Hay and Murray Street malls and the arcade gently slopes down from Hay to Murray Street at 1.3°to 1.9°(no steeper than a 1:30 gradient).

Internal: An enclosed shopping arcade with shops along each side. There is clutter (signage, retail displays) along each side of the arcade.

Retail: There are retail outlets on both sides of the arcade and entrances vary from level, small threshold ramps, and small lips to one large step.

The arcade does not provide toilets, drinking fountain or seating and there is no food court within the arcade.
