St Martin’s Arcade

Location: Between Hay Street Mall and St Georges Terrace, Perth, east of London Court. St Martin’s Office Tower is located at 44 St George’s Terrace.

Opening hours: The forecourt of the arcade is open at all times. Access to London Court is as follows:
Monday to Thursday 6.00am - 9.00pm
Friday 6.00am - 9.30pm
Saturday 6.00am - 9.00pm
Sunday 8.00am - 8.00pm

London Court: Flight of 13 steps from London Court down to St Martins Arcade
Hay Street Mall: The path of travel from St George’s Terrace to the Hay Street Mall is level and barrier free and requires the pedestrian to go through the Lincraft store. The lift to the Hay Street Mall level is located outside the Lincraft store.

Internal: There are wide pathways throughout the arcade. There is sufficient clearance throughout for users of all wheelchairs.

Retail: Access into retail / food outlets is level and barrier free.

Seating: No seating within the arcade.

Lift: A lift provides public access from St Martins Arcade to the first floor of Lincraft which opens onto the Hay Street Mall. The lift is outside the store at ground / St Martins level and inside the store on level 1 of Lincraft. There is signage adjacent the lift.

The single entry lift has a car size of 2300mm x 1600mm, with a door width of 1130mm. External controls are free of obstructions and positioned 1300mm – 1400mm high. Internal controls are 1200mm high. Internal and external controls have good colour contrast and illuminate when pressed. There are no internal or external audible announcements or tones.
