Signage: All signage is large, easy to read in good colour contrast.

External access:
Hay Street: Provides level direct access to the Ground level. There is sufficient circulation space to accommodate users of all wheelchair types.
Murray Street: A short ramp of with a gradient of 9.3° (1:6) off Murray Street, adjacent to Red Rooster. Access is then provided via an escalator to the first floor or a gently sloping arcade to the Murray Street ground level entrance. All shops within the arcade have level entrance. There is sufficient circulation space to accommodate users of all wheelchair types.

External entrances: Both entrances are level, barrier free, with automatic opening double doors. There is access through all the entrances for users of all wheelchair types.

Internal: A gentle slope from the Murray Street entrance up to the Hay Street entrance on the ground floor. There is sufficient clearance throughout the store for users of all wheelchair types; however temporary displays may create obstacles. Access between floors is via escalators or lifts.

Displays: Located predominately at a high sitting height.

Payment: Checkouts are located at both ends of the store on the ground floor and have well signed wider aisles suitable for all types of wheelchairs.

Seating: Bench style seats without armrests are located outside the change rooms on both floors.

Lifts:
Two customer lifts provide public access to retail on the ground and first floors of the store with public access to the customer service desk and toilets on the second floor.
Lifts are identified with large clear signage.

The single entry lift has a car size of 2300mm x 1300mm, with a door width of 1500mm. External controls are free of obstructions and positioned 1300mm – 1400mm high. Internal controls are 1200mm – 1450mm high. Internal controls have good colour contrast and there are no audible announcements.

Accessible toilets:
Location: There is a unisex accessible toilet on the second floor
External access: The path of travel to the toilet has an 1100mm wide corridor; the customer service door is held open restricting access to the corridor. There is a heavy 780mm wide door to the entrance corridor with only sufficient space for smaller style wheelchairs to move through to the toilet.
Lighting: Lights are on at all times the store is open.

Door: 750mm wide and heavy to operate.

Accessible change rooms:
Ground floor: Two large change cubicles with sufficient circulation space for people using large wheelchairs are located in the ladies fashion. Both have a curtain screen, an ‘L’ shaped grab rail and a chair and are positioned at the entrance to the change facilities.
First floor: One large change room with a wide swing door is located within the male clothing section of the store. This is suitable for people using larger style wheelchairs and it has an ‘L’ shaped grab rail and a chair inside.
