Drop off Bay: A Universal drop off bay is located on Hay Street, just east of Barrack Street.

Closest Accessible toilet: David Jones, Carillon City or Target. All located in the Hay Street Mall.

External access:
Hay Street and St Georges Terrace: There is wide level access into the arcade off Hay Street and St Georges Terrace
Carillon Arcade: The arcade from the St Georges Terrace entrance links to Carillon Arcade (Murray Street level) with a ramp of 3.8° (1:15)

There is sufficient space at all entrances for wheelchairs of all styles.

Internal: The arcade is on three levels with steps, close to the St Georges Terrace end, linking the Hay Street level and St Georges Terrace level. Alternatively there is a lift half way along the arcade linking all levels.

Lifts: A single entry lift has a car size of 1400mm x 1350mm, with a door width of 870mm. External controls are free of obstructions and positioned 1050mm high. Internal controls are 1100mm to 1450mm high. The lift has visual displays only.

Seating: Shaded public seating is available at the St Georges Terrace entrance. This seating is on a brick paved area and is fixed bench style with no armrests.
Seating is also available at the St Georges Terrace end of the Hay Street level outside the Trinity Church lunch room. Seating is both single seats with armrests and bench style. Tables are moveable with central pedestals.

Signage: Sign boards are heritage style with black writing on a gold background.
