The restaurant is open 24 hours for hotel guests. Accessible parking: Valet parking for hotel guests is provided with a drop off area located at the front of the hotel on Hay Street. Nearest accessible parking is His Majesty’s Car Park where six accessible parking bays are provided. Entrance: Direct and level access from Hay Street and the hotel foyer. The main door is propped open. Internal: The restaurant has circulation space suitable for larger wheelchairs. Tables are moveable and have a central pedestal with knee clearance. Bar, counter and payment: Counters are at standing height. Payment is by credit card, EFTPOS and cash. Menu: Table menus are provided and large print menus can be requested. The menus are easy to read with good colour contrast and 12 point lettering. Lighting: Abundant natural light during the day. Acoustics: May be noisy at peak times. Signage: Clear and easy to read. Accessible toilet: An accessible toilet is located within the restaurant. It is well signed with the international symbol of access. The corridor leading to the toilet provides good circulation space for all wheelchair types. The entrance door is heavy, with a lever handle. The door to the toilet has a clear open width of 770mm.
