Accessible bays: Four accessible bays (two at St Georges Terrace level, two at basement level). All bays are 2400mm wide, on level ground located adjacent the Hay Street lift. Overhead clearance is 2500mm.

Pedestrian access to Hay Street: Direct and level access from bays to Hay Street lift.

Pedestrian access to St Georges Terrace: Pedestrians need to walk to the other side of the car park across the vehicle exit lanes to reach a designated pedestrian footpath which leads out of the car park to St Georges Terrace. There are two low speed humps along the footpath and a short ramp with gradient 1:13 (4.5 degrees).

Lift: The accessible bays are located directly next to the lift provides access to the Hay Street end of the Cloisters Arcade. This lift is 1430mm x 1620mm with a clear open door width of 870mm. Direction of travel information is displayed both externally and internally. There are no auditory announcements. External buttons are 1450mm high and free of obstruction. Internal controls are between 1150mm - 1330mm.

Parking Attendant: Available during car park opening hours. The office is located centrally in the car park. The counter is at standing height, but as this is on the exit roadway, approaching the office door is a safer option.

Payment: Pay attendant from your vehicle when leaving the car park.

Payment method: Payment accepted at attendant’s desk.

Signage: All signage is well located, easy to read and understand.

Accessible toilets: One unisex accessible toilet is available on the St Georges Terrace level / Mt Newman House ground level inside the car park. Well lit area and well maintained toilet facility. There is good circulation space outside the toilet for all wheelchair sizes. Clear open door width is 850mm.
