of wheelchairs of all sizes. Seating: There is an abundance of bench style seating with a seat height of 450mm, a low rear wall providing minimal backrest support and seats have no armrests. These are located around the park on the easily accessible lower paved paths and the design of the park provides spaces for wheelchairs along side the seating. Shade: Trees provides shade to the park. Drinking fountain: There is an accessible drinking fountain set at two levels near the Hay Street entrance. It has generous circulation space and is on flat ground. Safety: Vegetation and raised grassed areas is a barrier to passive surveillance from Hay Street.
