St Georges Terrace:
- 8 very wide steps at the front of the Central Park Office Tower; or
- The ramp located at the east side of the steps is 1500mm wide. The gradient of the ramp varies between 1:11 and 1:9.
- From the steps or ramp, entry to the office tower / atrium is through modified revolving doors providing wide open access.

Internal: There are wide pathways and open spaces both in the Central Park Office Tower atrium and the arcade. Floors are tiled.

Seating: Seating is available in the adjacent Central Park and within the office tower atrium. The seats are rows of fixed bench seats, in a row, without armrests.

Retail: Level access into all shops.
