Signage: There is large, easy to read signage in the car park.

Lifts:
Although there are two sets of lifts, the Central Park Arcade set are the most accessible and closest to the accessible bays.

Access on both basement levels is via a kerb ramp, with a clearance between the top of the kerb ramp and the lift doors of only 740mm. This could restrict access to these lifts to users of smaller wheelchairs only.

The walk through lift is 1500mm x 1500mm, with a door width of 900mm. Direction of travel information is displayed both externally and internally and a tonal announcement outside to indicate arrival of the lift car. External buttons are at 970mm high and internal controls at 1000mm to 1300mm.

Parking attendant and parking payment:
Payment is made when leaving the car park. An attendant is available in the payment booth at all times the car park is open. Attendant accepts cash and credit card payment.

Unisex Accessible Toilet:
One accessible toilet is located on the Basement 1 level, opposite the lifts. It is open at all times.

External access: There is a 1:18 gradient ramp that leads up to the toilet cubicle. There is ample landing space outside the toilet door.

Toilet door: A manual sliding door with a D handle. There is no clearance on the latch side of the toilet door. This may reduce access to the toilet to users of small wheelchairs only.
