Drop off Bay: There is a 15 minute universal drop off bay on Hay Street next to Central Park.

Accessible toilet: onsite

External access: Wide level access into the food court.

Internal: All sizes of wheelchairs could move around the outer area of the food court. Seating is restricted in the middle of the food court. There is tiled flooring.

Food Outlets: There are approximately 8 stalls in the food court. There is sufficient space at the front of the stalls to accommodate all wheelchair users. Counters are at standing height.

Seating: All chairs and tables have central pedestal legs and are movable. Chairs do not have armrests. The bin and tray return are at standing height.

Signage: There is a large print, easy to read directory and map at the entrance to the arcade and is positioned at standing height. Blackboard menus are large print and easy to read.

Unisex Accessible toilets: The toilet is located past the food court and at the end of the corridor on the right. There is no clear directional signage to the toilet.
