Getting there and back
Transperth offers plenty of easy options to get to the Lotterywest Australia Day Celebration using public transport.
Due to the large crowds anticipated on Australia Day, Transperth recommends you plan your journey and allow plenty of travelling time.

Buses
Timetabled and additional bus services will be operating. A number of bus services will be required
to deviate from their normal route due to road closures.
Trains
Timetabled and additional train services will be operating on all lines.
Ferries
Transperth ferry services will not operate from
12.30pm onwards due to the closure of the Swan River.
South Perth Shuttles
Buses will depart Curtin University from 5pm as needed, with the
last bus leaving at 7.40pm to the South Perth foreshore.
Return journeys will depart as required after 9.30pm, and the last bus will depart to Curtin University 20 minutes after the event closes.
