Northbridge Economic Development

The City of Perth has demonstrated its ongoing, long term commitment to the Northbridge precinct by appointing a dedicated Northbridge Economic Development Officer.

The Northbridge Economic Development Officer's role is to work in collaboration with the community, to create a vibrant, mixed use precinct, which can be enjoyed by a diverse range of people day and night. 

Some of the activities to be undertaken by the Northbridge Economic Development Officer include:

  • Property & laneway activation
  • Cooperating with City of Perth Marketing
  • Industry Development
  • Business Support
  • Partnerships
  • Stakeholder management

Through a range of innovative measures, initially focusing on the above areas, the Northbridge Economic Development Officer aims to holistically improve the Northbridge Economic economy and activate the precinct.

The public open space in the Piazza is available for use by organisations wishing to bring cultural and creative performances to the precinct.

The Superscreen aims to celebrate artistic and creative spirit in Northbridge and act as a provider of artistic expression and provide entertainment, arts, cultural, community, sporting and educational based programming opportunities.
