City Planning Scheme 2

All land that the City of Perth is responsible for planning is subject to the City of Perth City Planning Scheme No 2 (CPS 2), gazetted 9 January 2004. CPS2 provides guidelines and standards for the development and use of land and buildings to ensure that a functional and attractive environment is maintained.
