Perth is the State’s leading destination for shopping, attractions, beauty services, dining, events, entertainment, and nightlife.
Unique shopping environment
The City is home to almost 1,000 local and international retailers, across a range of products including fashion, homewares, technology and gourmet cuisine, making it the largest and most diverse shopping destination in the State.
A number of retail hubs exist throughout Perth city, such as the Murray and Hay Street Malls, King Street, Harbour Town and Northbridge. Each has its own distinct character, allowing retailers to match their location to their desired demographic groups.
The volume of foot traffic from city workers, residents and visitors provides city retailers with an unmatched level of passing trade when compared with other metropolitan retail centres in Western Australia.
As the centre of the Greater Metropolitan transport system, the city is a particularly advantageous location for specialty retailers and destination businesses with unique offerings.
The city hosts approximately 150,000 people on an average day.
