The Community Enhancement Grants offer up to $10,000 to facilitate partnerships and collaborations that deliver practical and sustainable outcomes.
 
Deputy Chair of Commissioners Gaye McMath said the City recognised that community programs build strong and resilient communities and can address key issues at a local level.
 
“This makes Perth a better place in which to live, work and visit,” Deputy Commissioner McMath said.
 
“The Grants program will support organisations to be successful in engaging in the City’s community through the development of networks and relationships.
 
“Organisations can use funding to assist with new community programs, expand an existing program, or for other innovative and create community projects.”
 
Applications for Community Enhancement Grants open Monday 28 May and close on 28 June.
 
The City of Perth welcomes applications from organisations from the following categories:

• A not-for-profit community organisation
• An applicant that is under the auspice of an Australian legal entity
• A registered charity with the Australian Taxation Office
• A deductible gift recipient
• A social enterprise
