Alfresco Dining Applications
Alfresco Dining Application form (see link on right), 2 sets of plans including:
- a plan and specification of the proposed eating area on a scale of 1:50 showing
the (position of tables, chairs and structures in the proposed eating area; and
the location and dimensions of the proposed eating area
- a plan and specification of the proposed eating area and the area incorporated within 30 metres beyond the boundaries of the proposed eating area on a scale of 1:500 showing the location of all carriageways, footpaths, public facilities, public places, streets and street alignments.
- a colour photograph or photographs of the tables, chairs and other structures intended to be in the proposed eating area
the applicant must arrange adequate public liability insurance cover with an underwriter approved by the Chief Executive Officer. The policy must be for no less than $10 million.

Any alfresco operation that is associated with a restaurant that has 50 seats or more within the restaurant premises, will be given a 30% reduction in the listed fees.
Only the holder of a Liquor Licence may sell alcoholic beverages in a licensed premises. With the consent of the City of Perth, the holder of a Liquor Licence may be issued with an extended trading permit which allows the sale and supply of liquor on a road or footpath.
