Hoardings and Gantries
Hoardings and Gantries are used on building sites throughout our city to contain works within the site, prevent building materials from spilling onto footpaths and to ensure the safety of city patrons.
Hoardings should be constructed in solid, new materials and painted white, however, murals and streetscapes on hoardings can increase their visual appeal and are encouraged. Applicants are requested to submit designs when applying for a Hoarding and Gantry Approval.
