Council Agendas
Agendas for Council Meetings are available for inspection on the Friday preceding the meeting, either at the City Library (573 Hay Street) or Customer Service Centre (Ground Floor, Council House). A copy of a single item is available at no charge, however, a copy of the agenda prior to the meeting costs $30. For those attending a meeting, agendas are freely available at the entrance to the Council Chamber.
Agendas are also available online in PDF format by 1.00pm on the Friday prior to Council meetings. Please note that the Council meeting agendas placed on the website do not contain any schedules. Council Minutes
The minutes of the most recent Council meeting are available online to download. Council Minutes for meetings held in 2011 and earlier are available by selecting the link in the left hand menu column. Please note that the Council minutes files do not contain any schedules.
