Strategic Direction
In recent years there has been an unprecedented range of issues that have affected the city. In some cases they present challenges to achieving the long-term goals of the Council, but equally they present opportunities.
- Strategic Plan Four-Year Strategic Plan beginning 2009
The Four Year Strategic Plan identifies the priority strategies that the City of Perth will pursue to achieve the vision and outcomes in the City of Perth 2029 Vision document.
It also lists the four-year actions identified as priorities and documented in City of Perth 2029 We Hear You, which captured important community input used to inform the new strategic plan.View the City of Perth 2029 Vision and Four-Year Strategic Plan.
- Annual Plan 2012-2013
The City of Perth Annual Plan 2011/12 focuses on the actions this year within the ten Strategies identified in the Strategic Plan. This includes major initiatives and capital works projects listed in the City’s Annual Budget. The Annual Plan describes the community consultations undertaken and provides a financial overview showing how the actions will be resourced and the effect on the City’s financial position. The City’s services are also listed in the plan.
