Mardalup Park public toilets
As part of the City of Perth’s commitment to improving the safety and accessibility of public amenities, new public toilets will be constructed at Mardalup Park.
The project includes the construction of a new toilet facility, complemented by a shade structure and landscaping enhancements.
Works will also deliver a new universally accessible parking bay with improved access, along with associated landscaping and fencing. In addition, existing lighting will be relocated and new CCTV cameras installed to support the facility.
Schedule of works
Construction is expected to commence in June 2026, with completion anticipated in early 2027.
Temporary impacts during works
- During construction, the immediate area will be temporarily fenced off. Please follow all onsite signage for redirected paths and pedestrian access.
