Hoopla
Hoopla offers thousands of digital titles in a variety of formats, including eAudiobooks. Titles can be streamed or downloaded and there is no wait time or holds. City of Perth Library members can borrow six Instant titles per month. Flex titles are currently not available.
To access, visit the Hoopla website, click the Get Started button at the top of the page, and follow the instructions to set up an account. You will need to enter an email address and password. Choose City of Perth Library and enter your City of Perth Library card number and PIN.

Freegal Music is a free music service from your City of Perth Library. Freegal offers access to more than 15 million songs, including Sony Music’s catalog of legendary artists. In total the collection includes music from more than 40,000 labels, with music from over 100 countries. You don't need to download any software, and there are no digital rights management restrictions. All you need to get started is your City of Perth Library card number.
