Special Council Meeting

In accordance with Section 5.5(2) of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is given that a Special Council Meeting has been called for Tuesday, 15 July 2025 commencing at 5.00pm in the Council Chamber at Council House, Level 9, 27 St Georges Terrace, Perth.

The purpose of this Special Council Meeting is to consider the adoption of the City’s:

• Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP) 2025/26 - 2033/34;
• 2025/26 Budget; and
• Corporate Business Plan (CBP) 2025/26 - 2027/28

Because of a technological failure beyond the control of the City, it was not possible for the City to livestream or video record the Special Council Meeting held on 15 July 2025.

An audio recording (improvised recording) of the entirety of the meeting was made using means other than the City’s video recording technology and the recording of the meeting can be heard here.
