Food Vendor Notification

Businesses planning to operate a food stall or food truck in the City of Perth must lodge a Food Vendor Notification under 'Forms' to the City with the following documents:

• Food Business Registration with the local government authority where the food business is normally located.
• Current Public Liability Insurance.
• Submit a site plan of your stall or food vehicle compliant with the City's Temporary Food Business Guidelines.

Expiry: City of Perth Food Vendor Notifications expire at the end of the calendar year unless otherwise specified, such as for event specific notifications.
