Apply for pensioner rates concessions

Eligible pensioners or seniors may qualify for a concession from council rates, the Emergency Services Levy (ESL) and in some circumstances, rubbish service charges. For the 2018/2019 financial year, the pensioner rates capped amount remains at $750. Seniors will have their rebates capped at a maximum amount of $100.

The City does not administer the laws in regards to pensioner concessions. If you wish to lodge a complaint regarding the capping amounts for concessions, please contact your local MP.
