Get City Fit

Get fit and healthy with a range of free weekly fitness classes held before and after work, at lunchtimes and on the weekend. Friendly instructors will lead you through sessions lasting up to an hour, all designed to keep you energised and active. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and newcomers are welcome!

In the event of wet weather, the fitness class will be relocated to the under croft of the Perth Town Hall (Cnr of Barrack Street and Hay Street).

Tuesdays - 12.10pm-12.45pm; first session 14 March, last session 30 May; Cathedral Square 

Participants will be required to complete an online Health Questionnaire - http://www.trenchhealth.com.au/appraisal-form.htm prior to the sessions commencing.
