The Salvation Army continue to provide a valuable roving outreach service for people experiencing homelessness in the city.

Since December 2019 the City of Perth has been working to bring service providers together to provide a coordinated and valuable response for people experiencing homelessness.

There are 23 service providers that work together at Moore Street and to provide roving services across the city.

The services provided at Moore Street are delivered at the same time and place every day and include food, medical support, hygiene and provision of essential items.

Approximately 200 people access these services each day. Over the last seven months almost 30,000 touch points of support have been provided.

The City of Perth is actively and positively working with the Salvation Army to determine further services in the City for people experience homelessness.
