The City of Perth is committed to shaping a stronger capital city, part of this commitment involves converting one way streets to two way traffic where possible.
Two way traffic gives commuters alternative routes, makes navigating the city easier and is safer for pedestrians and cyclists. Two way streets are also better suited to integrate cycle infrastructure.
An overview of our two way traffic initiative is available for download here: Two Way Streets Infographic_WEB.pdf
